I enclose some photocopies of the sources quoted by you, including the one from Einstein’s The Evolution of Physics, which you were wondering about. I found among other things that the essay by Einstein included in The Structure of Scientific Thought is the same that was published in The World As I See It almost thirty years earlier, though in a different translation.
